I had tried another company and did not like how the food looked or how it was packaged. I really like Spot & Tango's food with its minimal ingrediatents (and that you can see what is in the food). I use unkibble and fresh for my two dogs. I really like how it is packaged, you can open the fresh food easy and one package just holds one days portion. Lastly, during the pandemic the company struggled to communicate timely and has had some product unavailability problems at times, but every time I have reached out they have tried to correct whatever issue it was. I appreciate that.

Food is great, have had trouble with shipping company getting it here on Tim.

Shipping is fast. Usually get within 48 hours of shipping. My pup loves the chicken recipe. We’ve tried the other selections of the unkibble. She’ll eat the beef one but the duck & salmon is too rich for her. But she loves the chicken (minus the carrots) and now wags her tail when it’s meal time.

We waited a long time for our initial order, but the product is worth the wait and we have received every subsequent shipment on time. We use the unkibble as training treats throughout the day. We feel like it is healthier and more complete nutritionally than typical training treats and goes well with the gently cooked food our girl receives twice a day. Overall, she loves the taste with the exception of the occasional lone cranberry that she will spit out and leave for later!

My dog never used to eat her old food. Now that she has Spot and Tango she finishes her bowl at every feeding! She loves it! ❤️
