The bigs and the littles both love this toy! Our little Brittney is able to put her upper and lower jaw into the tube, and eventually pull the ball out with her front teeth! This drives the big guys crazy, so they try harder than ever when it's their turn. Highly recommend this toy! The outer part is very tough, has withstood lots of chewing. A+
