Ordering is easy, but it took several weeks to arrive so I was wondering if it was going to show up. The app is okay. I struggle with figuring out how to find stuff when searching. Could just be me. I'm not a spring chicken and my kids tell me I'm less than tech saavy.

The collar and customer service are great but the collar was too big and cumbersome for my pup. I wish they had an alternative for smaller dogs.

Ok didn’t work for us so sent it back. Took a long time for the refund.
