Help desk personnel are excellent. But getting to them and plowing through all of the Halo rules and gateways is not a good customer experience

The Halo Collar staff has been great with their training, services and easy communication. The only problem is the time zone from west to east coast so not always suitable to attend training/info sessions. I have not been able to attend the virtual dog park.
