I was reluctant at first because of the weeks delay that it would take to deliver. It was worth the wait and actually came earlier than anticipated. Customer service was great.

Shipping was acceptable, collars are great! Just wish there were a smaller option. My two dogs are right at the cut off of weight and the smallest collars that are available are huge on them.
