I've had the Halo collar for over a year now and I'm so satisfied with the peace of mind it offers. My rottsky (Rotty/Husky mix), Frank Sinatra, is an amazing dog and the thought of him getting out and being hit by a car or picked up by someone truly frightens me. He quickly learned to obey the audible and vibration warnings given by the Halo. I he has only experienced the static a few times when he was in "prey" mode, chasing a rabbit. While he did momentarily go outside the boundary, he quickly returned. Customer service has always been great and worked with me to solve a few minor problems. I rest easier knowing Frank is exactly where he's supposed to be.

Trip is FINALLY listening!

After two years using Halo collar, I can still give it a 5 stars!!! Totally LOVE it! I have it on my Greyhound and everyone in the Family enjoys the Peace of mind knowing where he is when we are out. After the initial training that was So easy to follow, I can report that for years now, he knows his boundaries, plays in over two acres land lot instead of the leash-limited or just fenced areas. It is always updating with better and new improvements. I would highly recommend it to Anyone with a dog! Peace of mind at all times!

Though the product didn't work for us, the Company was very accommodating in both helping us with the system and with the return.
