Have had my Halo since the very earl days and love it. We have 2 and our boys love being able to run free whether of home or either of my daughters home. I cannot say enough about how this has made our life so much less stressful when they can be just let out and we know where they are and that they are safe!

I had a problem with the original collar, just a call to halo dog park and customer service sent a replacement collar. The new collar works great and our dog is progressing very well. We are very happy with the Halo collar, and the Halo Team support.

Love it so much!! Only one -small- thing missing I have found. I wish it would log a change in the fence and be able to show me what change was made. Other than that I cannot think of a single thing missing. It shows me where the dog is, I could turn off the fence and still track the dogs location, I can show when the collar was on the dog, whether the dog was active at a particular time, all notifications of everything, I can see and show when and where in the fence line there was a correction and what kind. Just as predicted and the reason I purchased it ... I am about to body slam our local animal services after they issued a citation on a false complaint.
