Due to Travelepro's inefficiency, and

Due to Travelepro's inefficiency, and the interference of SHOP, I now have 2 of these suitcases. SHOP injected old address and phone information as I paid for the suitcase. I could not change it on line. I IMMEDIATELY called Travelepro and spent a long time with customer service who told me that they could not cancel the order or correct the incorrect delivery address. The Travelpro warehouse blissfully told me the bag was on its way. Ultimately the bag was delivered to an empty address. A former neighbor retrieved the bag from the empty house. Very, very poor customer service from a company which should be better.

Lots of space for carry

Lots of space for carry on with tons of extra space with all the zipper pockets and storage bags inside. The wheels are so smooth to roll around in any direction with ease. The only issue I am having is the pull up handle gets stuck a bit too low and I can't get it to rise higher. Other than that, it's amazing!!!

I used this carry on

I used this carry on for a trip to Hawaii. I was able to fit everything. I love all of the different pockets and the garment bag. It’s a beautiful color and very functional.

I own ONLY TravelPro luggage

I own ONLY TravelPro luggage and decided to buy a new carryon spinner bag thinking it might provide a smidge of extra space since it was a newer model. It did not. In fact it seemed to hold even LESS than my husband’s older bag. But more upsetting was the fact that the handle would not extend completely for the first leg of our trip - causing some very awkward walking. It also has wonky wheels that won’t go straight - consistently steering slightly left or right, almost causing me to trip. The bag’s appearance is nice, the vintage grey is a nice retro look and the leather strap is cool. Other than that - disappointed in my latest TravelPro purchase.
