Playhao held our hands through the process and helped us get in contact with FedEx. They were responsive and helpful. The offered us options when our package wasn't going to arrive on time and they also refunded us the full shipping costs while they went after FedEd to recoup the fees from them. They also offered us a $50 gift card to use them again. 100% would order from them again.
