Online transaction can be wary to some people due to the need of providing personal information to a unknown party. I certainly felt that when I first made a purchase from Japan Code Supply. To complete my purchase, I was asked to provide "very" personal information. Of course I would not comply to their term because the request just spelled out "suspicious" and "scam". Long story short, after several exchanges with a representative of their customer service (Thanks Julia), we were able to find a different way to prove my identity and complete my purchase. I can't say it was a smooth experience, but I can certainly appreciate the effort they tried to make to answer customers' concerns. Will I make another purchase with Japan Code Supply? Probably. Their price is not necessary the best, but their service certainly leaves an excellent impression to their customers.
