I love your company’s mission & standards so that itself is a pleasure to do business with you. These handmade dolls are all so adorable and beautifully well-made. In this instance, I had to quickly change the shipping address. Even though I tried to do it almost immediately after the order was submitted, the representative said it was already being processed by the warehouse. She did however go the extra mile and was able to have the warehouse hand write a new label, and the item got to the right destination to the delight of the recipients!

The quality of the dolls is excellent!! We’ve bought five so far! That’s says it all right there! They’re soft and adorable and the kids absolutely love them! We do too! A nursery must have!!!

My grandbabies love cuddle and kind the quality is there . It is expensive and you hope for a sale. The customer service is very good and the joy of seeing there cuddle and kind loved on is a great reward
