Quick postage, do wish the minimum spends for loyalty points were lower however as this would encourage us to shop more often - it's rare we want or need to make big purchases these days now we are in child number 3!

Good service good product

As always a wonderful experience shopping with conscious craft. This time I actually had the opportunity to use their customer service for a chipped item. The reply was very quick, lovely polite, helpful staff and the replacement was here within days. Brilliant company. I feel so safe using this company. Brilliant products for all ages, reliable shipping times and if there is anything wrong with an item the issue is dealt with quickly.
