Took a while to ship and arrive but that is understandable as it is a custom made doll which require work and precision to make.

So far the experience has been rewarding . . I'm no longer stressed after work in some ways!

Terrible. Tried to cancel the order. They told me that it had already been shipped, so they couldn’t cancel it. After over a week fedex still has not gotten the package. I will not be using this company ever again.
