Service team was great. I was informed every step of the way and was able to track the package and be sure I was home at the time to sign for it. The packaging was discreet, unmarked in any way that would indicate the contents. The doll was packed well, though there were some minor dents in the upper back. All in all, very pleased with the service and will definitely order my next toy from Erovenus.
