Purchased our cooler in May
Purchased our cooler in May on 2025. Had a problem with the zippers in the front and back of the cooler. I contacted customer service about warranty and was told to bring the cooler to the warehouse. When I took the cooler in, they evaluated the cooler, verified my purchase date and gave me a brand new one in replacement! Great customer service and cooler is awesome! We use it on our side by side, on the paddle board floating down the river, and for pretty much everything else.
