The process and product was excellent. I haven't had an opportunity to test the product in the water, but so far I would say every aspect has gone very well.

We took these on our trip to Aruba and they worked out great! Masks, snorkels, and fins performed flawlessly! Shipped super fast so we had them in plenty of time for or trip.

I recently ordered six sets of snorkel gear from the friendly and helpful folks at Snorkel Mart. Two of the sets needed prescription lens. My wife and I have snorkeled a few times before but my wife was not really able to enjoy the experience due to not being able to wear her glasses. Lauren assisted me with my order. I placed my order on Wednesday and our package arrived on Saturday! WOW! When my wife and I reviewed what we had received she was amazed at how well she could see when she held her mask up to her face. The excellent customer service didn't there though. We discovered when everyone had tried on their gear that we needed to return two sets of the fins in order to get the correct fit. I called and spoke to Lauren again (actually both of them - LOL ). I placed this order on Tuesday and received the new sets of fins (and a new bag to replace one with a defective zipper) the very next day. I liked the fact they included return postage for me to be able to ship the wrong sized fins back. I highly recommend Snorkel Mart !!!
