These folks need to teach everyone else how to do customer service
I started to order on the web but had questions, so I called. The lady who answered the phone was, without a doubt, the most pleasant and helpful customer service rep with whom I have ever dealt. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Order placed, good to go. Then, I got the confirmation email. Hilarious! A company who not only runs a tight business but also has a sense of humor. Two days later (one day before promised delivery date), the mask showed up and it fits great, prescription lenses are perfect, and I'm ready to go. The English language is simply insufficient to describe how impressed I am with Snorkel-Mart. Plus, I got to actually say the words Snorkel-Mart! Whodathunk?
