I used the little chat box to ask if I should get drop in or custom prescription. The lady I chatted with told me what to order and I did...except I chose the wrong prescription by accident. The lady recognized the order was wrong, called me, and asked if I had made a mistake. THANK YOU!!! They fixed my order before sending it. My new prescription mask arrived in less than a week! I haven't had them in the water, but I can SEE! I'm so excited for my trip to Cancun and the opportunity to snorkel and actually see the ocean life. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Everything arrived as ordered, bag works great, snorkel won’t be used for sometime but I was impressed by the fact it was far more adjustable than expected, very cool!😎

We received our order a day early, the order was complete and everything was as ordered. The fins I ordered are too big so I'm going to exchange them for one size smaller. You guys did a great job!
