very good email responses from people in the service center. However quite bad experience: First time delivery failed, despite the homepage accepted DHL package station as delivery point. Then it turned out that DPD does not deliver to this shop. No information why delivery failed. only after I asked after several days, I got the information. Then I asked to send the package to a DPD delivery point. Never got a message about the arrival of the package. Almost missed the time to pick up since no information at all. Again only after I contacted service center I received the information. You relying on DPD is not service friendly and a bad solution. Also you should keep track of the package and inform from your side about the delivery status (normal procedure of other online senders).
