I submitted my down jacket for repair. There was a small rip on the shoulder. The repair was perfectly done that it looks like brand new. No trace of the rip. I'm amazed. Highly satisfied customer here.

I love this jacket. It replaces a 10-year-old Feathered Friends one (which is also really great and still going strong). The main reason for the replacement — I wanted something synthetic, a bit more robust, and longer (I'm 6'2"). This jacket delivers on all of it. I took it to the Oregon coast last week and couldn't be happier. It's warm and very comfy. One suggestion for the designers — I wonder if there's a way to increase wind protection around the zipper? The wind was blowing pretty hard while I was on the coast, and some of it was getting in through the zipper (nothing a shirt can't fix, but still). Anyway, you see a lot of love for this jacket, and it's for a reason. 100% recommend.
