The product is good/as described, but I had to pay an additional USD 30 in import tax. When I looked at the terms and conditions after receiving the bill I realised this is my problem. If I had bought off an EU/UK site then you expect an import bill, but I bought off their Swiss site. I have never before had to pay additional import tax when ordering from a company's Swiss website and think it's wrong that, if they know the price of the product will increase 30%, then don't warn you in advance.
