Good product

The treadmill is AMAZING!! But you know what wasn’t amazing? Receiving and setting this up. I spent almost 2 thousand dollars on this treadmill only for the men who dropped this off to slam this on the floor of my porch. I get that this package weighs so much but there could have been an easier way to do this. Also, building this was insane! aside from it being way too heavy to move, I thought I was going to snap the wirings when i was weaving them in through the standing poles. The cables looked like they were going to snap when i tried connecting them to the electronic part of the treadmill. I spent a lot of money on this and i was scared of this thing being broken from the moving guys and snapping the cables from building it.

Excellent customer service when I called with a question. You also sent out someone to install new foot pedals when the threads were bad on the original ones.

Easy as can be.
