The bindings are easy to set up. Flow also has some good videos online recommending stances depending on the style of boarding you want to be doing. The bindings felt good and were nearly flawless to use. The only weird thing was the ratchet straps occasionally came undone. That was a bit weird, but I would just crank them down again. Other than that, I like them!

I love my Flow bindings! They're so comfortable and easy, but also offer rock solid control. Absolutely nothing to dislike, and the fact Flow sells replacement parts is just excellent, so I can keep rocking these for years to come. If I ever need new bindings, they will definitely be Flows forever.
