Hi, the purchase went well, the indoor trainer with the cock works well. However, I have problems with the zwift and click: the virual shifting does not really work with Rouvy. I have to change gears using the screen. . . this is not very good, as I should be able to use the two shifting advices on my handle bar. So this is a problem. . . Rouvy blames this problem on the manufacturer of the indoor trainer. . . I hope this can be sorted out soon.

This was my first time ordering from Wahoo, and I was very impressed with their customer service. Unfortunately, the delivery with FedEx was late and lacked transparency, but Wahoo responded immediately to my inquiries and offered a solution. The product itself (Wahoo Kickr Core 2) is highly recommended.

The delivery was very fast and completely hassle-free. The bike was easy to assemble, and adjusting everything through the app was straightforward as well. The only thing that wasn’t clearly explained was how to adjust the incline — maybe I missed it — but a quick online search solved that, too. The ride quality is excellent, and it’s genuinely a pleasure to train with this bike every single time.
