1990 pair finally wore out

I am retired Special Operations Navy. I bought a pair of these in 1990, after a re-enlistment bonus. These boots are not cheap, but you damn sure get what you paid for. My pair from 1990 - 30 years old - have finally been retired themselves. Those boots were restored twice by the fine people at Danner. These boots were a part of me, Desert Sheild, Desert Storm, every place I was sent, these boots performed. You want a boot you can have for 30 years - buy these. Anything else rayes with the crap flown in from China. I was proud of those old boots. if the new ones last as long, I will be buried in them. Semper Fi!
