Delivered on time and as expected by FedEx. The only issue is it was delivered upside down by the delivery guy even though it clearly marked on the box with a BIG arrow stating which side is up. Luckily there wasn't any major damage, just a small dent and minor scratch on the screen - just luck of the draw with delivery service/quality.

The bike was brand new, even though we were buying a refurbished one. Was delivered promptly. The set up of the gears and brakes etc was a bit beyond us so we had to take it to a bike shop but apart from that the bike was what we were after, in terms of size, style and at a great price.

MTB Jersey fits nicely and got it at a great price.
