Great Warranty and Fast Responses
My VX model e-bike was delivery with damaged front fork. Customer Service Suppport responded quickly after one day or less. Customer Service was very helpful and understood my concern.
I can tell with the conservation with the Customer Service Support Rep. , she really cared about solving the damaged attached part. She will quickly send a replacement part. Waited 19 days, the replacement part still has not arrived.
Called Customer Service Support to follow-up. She said DHL lost the part in transit. She will review. I am a senior late in life, I never gave myself such an expensive gift to myself for Christmas. Took me awhile to save enough money to buy an e-bike. Also, began to wonder how do you physically replace and reassemble the front fork (?). Guess the reordered part will arrive after my 76th birthday. Behold, I very surprised that they will end up sending me a whole new e-bike! Thank you Customer Service Support Rep. and SWFT!!! No damage in this shipment!
