Excellent product. I bought one 5 years ago and its still going. I use it for about 2 hours a day. Decided to get a second one so I don't have to carry my old one from room to room.

Customer service was very helpful. Shop app was confusing. Better to use Sunny tracking. I had to call to reroute a package due to it being too heavy for USPS delivery over 70lbs and customer service securely rerouted everything verifying me before rerouting. Busy holiday season and they were amazing. Highly recommend.
