Service was amazing at the new Seattle store. Although it was busy, the staff went out of their way to find me in the crowd, get me a dressing room and get exchanges for sizes of items / recommend items for my brother's graduation!

Quality products but always room for suggestions from customers. The chrome plated grill is too hard to clean. I bought a regular fire grill from Drifta to use instead.
