It’s fine

So far the best part of my SKYTRAK experience is the chat support. Unit wouldn’t connect out of the box. They finally had me install SKYTRAK lite to update the firmware. Then we finally got it going. Hit about 15 shots, worked great. Next time using it , it was error after error. Another 3 hrs with chat support, no luck. They were great in trying to troubleshoot the error. So I have to send it in for inspection.

Great bang for the buck. Best simulator without breaking the bank & it is very accurate.

No issue with shipping. Instructions were good enough to get it up and running. It’s great!
