I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these are compared to my other flat mountain biking shoes. My other pair are a lot more rigid, which depending on your riding style, that might be necessary. But for my needs, I really have been enjoying my new Shimano SH-GF400 Women's flat shoes. I even kept them on for a while after our O2S race because they are cute and comfy.
