When nothing goes right….
In the world of client–business relationships, no one hopes for difficulties, yet any reasonable person understands they are always a possibility. When adversity does arise, the way it is handled can make all the difference. I recently found myself in urgent need of a service, paid for expedited delivery, and—due to circumstances beyond either party’s control—was left in a difficult position.
SBA not only went above and beyond to assist, but also demonstrated genuine empathy and concern, doing everything within reason to make things right. In today’s world, that level of care is rare. In fact, the experience left me with an even greater appreciation for the company than if everything had gone smoothly from the start. It proved I was working with an organization whose integrity outshines mere transactions.
