Loved the customer service!

Service was excellent!

Didn't fog for my whole Ironman swim (a first for any other pair of goggles I've ever had, including this one- I've bought about 7 or 8 roka goggles, and a dozen other ones of various brands). Comfort level is good, visibility area is fantastic.

I had originally ordered a smaller size, but the customer support was excellent. I believe it was Ethan who helped me—he quickly arranged my return and sent out the correct size, which fit perfectly and arrived just in time for my Ironman race. I genuinely love the product and really appreciate the support from the team!

Roka even followed-up to check in on me. Great service.
