Ordering was easy. Arrived in one week from the other side of the country. No complaints. other than the fact that the front rim is slightly out of round.

Unfortunately I received a bent front wheel when the bike was delivered. After numerous back & forth conversations & emails with Kevin, finally Charlie was able to give me some help to get the issue resolved. Per Charlie, Rize Bike is willing to reimburse me $25 for truing the front wheel by the reputable bike shop in my area. I’m yet to see the credit he promised to my credit card account. Rize bike seems to be pretty well built. I do have some clacking noise in the drive when pedaling though.
