Dugout mugs ROCKS!!! Kris is very personable and always reaches out. I’ve always received my shipments in a very timely manner and always in perfect condition! The only exception being my Cubbies Kenga cooler. It was bent in half upon arrival. I reached out to Kenga, and they were nice enough to respond, but I wasn’t terribly impressed with their response. I’m confident they will figure out a better way to ship the product. I would love to get a few more, but can’t until the shipping is fixed. All in all I am extremely happy with Dugout mugs!!!
