Bought a new day sack for my partner purely and simply because mine is so good. The quality and finish of the back packs is excellent and the design of the airflow channels actually works, unlike others! I've not had the need to use the rain cover yet but I have no qualms so far!

The rucsac is excellent. However, delivery was a series of disasters. First day DPD ignored my instructions to leave it in the porch, though its clearly registered on their website. Next day it was marked as 15 minutes away, but it was 5pm and they were 2hrs late already. That suddenly changed to "you requested delivery tomorrow, Friday" - I hadn't, I was still waiting in. Friday it arrived and was left in the porch, finally all OK!

I submitted a Click & Fit order on Sunday, 12th January for 4 rucksacks to be delivered to Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports (Tower House) in London. The order mail stated "We will send you a second email as soon as your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped." 12 days later I still hadn't heard anything and contacted Customer Service. I received an email stating that the products would be in the Ellis Brigham store and their phone number. I phoned but my delivery was not there. And only one of the rucksacks was regularly in stock. The Click & Fit order thus completely failed.
