I sent my 20 year old backpack in for a patch repair as there was a tear near one of the backpack straps. It was received and action quickly, and so received an email saying it didn’t need a full patch repair, just some stitching. My patch repair was refunded and the backpack fixed and sent straight back to me. Could not be happier with the service. Thank you!
