Hi - I never got round to specifying what needed doing when I sent it in but it looks like your staff were quite adept at diagnosing it all themselves! The filling has been sorted, the pull cords fixed (I’d totally forgotten one of them had broken) and as far as I can tell it’s now good as new! Really good service and definitely worth the price. Thanks.
