Great, personal customer service. Slightly surprised that a luxury brand such as this wouldn’t cover the customer’s costs of returning iitems bought online, particularly given that the potential for sizing issues is so much higher with online clothes and shoes purchasing, but the products are excellent and the service was great.

After sending two emails I was unable to get a response as to where to mail my return or how to obtain a return shipping label. Unfortunately due to my schedule I have very little time where postal services are open to return packages. The original size I ordered was a bad fit even after referencing the sizing guidelines. I then had to order a size down and spend twice the amount out of pocket temporarily as an exchange was not possible. While I will receive a refund eventually (at least one would assume) I essentially had to spend over $300.00 taking into account shipping overseas. I obviously want the refund as soon as possible taking this into account and the lack of response on how to accomplish this has been frustrating to say the least. The shoes themselves seem great, but the lack of quality customer service has been a let down for someone ordering from overseas. Perhaps if I was local I would order again, but due to the customer service I think this will be my last purchase from Quoc.
