Received the cooler very quickly. Had ordered it and received an email with a further markdown. Called Orca and they graciously applied a credit to my order. Great customer service.

Great product

Showed up in a timely manner, basket was included, I even got a great deal on the cooler although the American flag sticker popped off before I got to use it I think it will glue back on easily. Holds ice great! Even gets a vacuum sometimes that lets you know it is air tight keeping your ice.
