M's Torrentshell 3L Jacket

I was looking for a truly waterproof jacket that I could use for everyday hikes throughout the year. Breath-ability is important to me and this jacket is better than any other rain jacket I've owned previously. I got a generous fit for layering purposes, but it's not at all bulky and I can wear it fine without layering and not feel awkward. It was a great find and comparatively affordable.

Took this jacket on a multi day fishing trip in Alaska and it worked very well as an outside shell over some down layers. Kept me dry the whole time and dried out itself very quickly.

Love the deep blue color on this and string material. Can easily layer with a T-shirt and sweater. Have yet to try in the rain. Im 5.6 and 170 pounds typically 40 suit chest size and 32-33 arm length and fit was perfect.

I am 75 years of age and I believe Patagonia provided me the "BEST" customer service I have ever received in my life. I could not believe how it easy it was to make an exchange when the mistake was mine. I will be a repeat customer!
