I periodically purchase LitezAll products through Menards or directly from their website. Shipping has always been prompt. One time I asked them about a headlamp that had poor battery life (relative to what was advertised) and another time I received a product that had obviously been damaged before shipping. Both times, without hesitation, they were quick to remedy the complaint. LitezAll has some clever products. Don't expect more from the product than advertised and don't expect super high quality (though many of their products are surprisingly high quality) because they are trying to control manufacturing costs. That said, if the item fails prematurely or arrives broken, they will fix it. Buy with confidence.
