Best customer service experience I've ever had with any seller, hands down. I had a minor issue with a component initially and Chris immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge. Since I wanted to begin using the machine ASAP, I offered to pay for expedited shipping at my own expense but he wouldn't accept my money and shipped the part via UPS Next Day Air anyway.
