One GREAT THING about Hi-Point, is that you can talk your needs over with the staff. When I order- I usually talk to Patrick or David. Both have been a world of help over the years as I purchase. Competitive pricing and fast delivery.

I am always kept informed of the shipping progress. and you guys always do your part. Right now, the shipping companies (UPS, Fedex, and especially the USPS) seem to be in competition with each other to see who can ship the slowest, but that is not your problem. I recently received something from you guys in a box that was so beat up and damaged that I took photos of it before I opened it. Not to worry, you guys packed it so well there wasn't a scratch on it.

Great shopping experience, unfortunately most of online stores that I used in the past are closed for business. I am glad I found High Point Scientific, so far I have been really pleased. My equipment was in dire need of upgrading due to its age, I can say that this store covered good 70% of my needs. Keep up the good work !!!
