Always available for help, always solves the problem. And, I've had problems with a new Given my VERY low opinion of Celestron software, it is as clear as a starry night that Celestron needs HPS a hell of a lot more than the other way around. I am grateful for HPS' staff knowledge and availability. I was VERY concerned about just using the CHAT function but EVERY time, they (Hey Diana P and David B!!) picked up quickly, I got what I needed and off I went. Great place to do business.
