High Point as always is fast and reliable. I required no customer service on this purchase but when I have in the past they have always been quick to respond and passionate about helping.

I assume price is competitive for each product, I'm not really going to shop around for the cheapest or anything. I just want to be able to buy from a place that doesn't get my card blocked because of fraud.

It came in quick. Packing was nice, too.

Great company, real fast shipping and very well packaged

After order, the unit arrive on time from FEDEX the driver was expecting a large package of a telescope but was surprised it was a small package delivery. I sign for the package when deliver and if I was not home I would pickup the package at FEDEX station at night which was fine with me.
