High Point Scientific did a great job handling our order, keeping us updated at every step of the order process. Our smart telescope arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described online. That is more than I can say for another world dominating online store that had to cancel our original order, stating the 3rd party seller on their platform was either not fulfilling orders at all or shipping out bogus and broken items! We will be using High Point Scientific for our future astronomy purchases because they are dependable and trustworthy.
