The recombinant bike arrived before the time promised! The delivery man took it to the basement and opened it and made sure it was ready to use! Excellent service! Well worth the cost!

I bought the e-trainer AP for my 103 years old mother in August as she became less mobile and after her doctor told me her arms were getting stiff too. This machine is perfect for her! It is effortless for her but yet it moves her arms and legs as if she was biking and it makes her feel good about herself. She does twice a day in the morning and evening, her feet are less swollen and we were able to cut down her water pills. Greg is wonderful. He is very patient with my questions and helped me to select the right machine for my mom's use. Delivery is quick and product is easy to assemble.
