The customer service for this company is absolutely non existent. Its over a month since we parted with just short of £1400 to this company, and they've not sent the whole order. I've emailed multiple times, the phone has a permanent engaged tone so assuming it's left off the hook, tried contacting on social media and no one has the decency to get back to us and let us know what's going on and have the cheek to keep asking me for reviews. Ordered a home gym and currently left with no barbell or bench. Ordered 3 sections of gym matting and currently have 1!
