Love this place. Prices are amazing and service is exceptional.

The bar is heavy duty, so it feels like it will last. There's a little extra grease on the joints, so that required a little cleanup. The position of the grips coupled with the ability to rotate, allows for a perfect isolation of the lats when doing pull-downs. It works perfectly for me when I do drop sets from a universal grip weighted pull-up to a cable pulldown with this attachment. It's great; get one!

I am 74 y/o, recently diagnosed with Degenerative Arthritis (aka Osteoarthritis). I am also considered to be a "high fall risk" which means I cannot use a regular exercise bike. A recumbent bike was suggested for me. I did a lot of research with reviews, etc. to help me decide which bike to get and this one really stood out. It was very easy for my husband to assemble and I am very glad I got it. Thank you.

Mats are soft, comfortable, yet sturdy. Good value!
