Originally sent me the wrong item but quickly sent through the correct one without delay.

Worked just as described. Really liked being able to filter enough water to fill up my standard bottles before getting into the mountain tops. The only challenge becomes finding a stream on the high ground.

I have still not received my item, emailed twice regarding this as apparently first one got lost. Customer care was responsive and let me know they weee sending another out. Second attempt still awaited and no response to my second email as yet

Shipped quickly. Seems great although have only used a couple of times. Easy to use but does require a bit of strength to push it down when full. So good for your strengths training too! 😊
